In this interesting and learning tutorial, you have learned how to create and link contact us form to blog on blogger.com in a very easy way. Two different platforms have been used to complete our task successfully. These platforms are

In the coming paragraph, I will explain all the steps involved in creating the contact us form
Stage-A
Step 1
Open your google drive storage file
Step 2
Click on "+ New" situated upper right corner of your page,
a drop-down menu is open,
select the last one labeled "More", again another popup chart open, go with the first top one name is google form, which further split into two options: 1 Blank form, and 2 From a Template.
Click on Blank Form, a new window will open turn the untitled form into Contact us.
Using the tab button to the next section, and insert the word Name, and its attribute is automatically adjusted with the name "short answer". Remember, don't forget to turn on the Required Tab below on the right corner, in the third position from left to right adjacent with the delete icon. There is another toolbar with this form, click on the icon with +sign in the circle to add a new section as per your requirements. Insert the name "Email" in the new section, and turn on Required Tab, and automatically adjusted attribute is the short answer. Repeat addition section step again, and create the new filed with name Mobile name, but in this case, I have not turned on Required Tab. Finally, the Field of Message is being created with the attribution of the paragraph. Here Required TAb is on. When Required Tab is on, it means the field is mandatory otherwise optional.
After that click on the preview button to view the created contact us form look.
In the next step click on Send Button, and select the HTML embed option, and copy that code, and paste action is the part of stage B that has been explained in the below paragraph.

Go to your blog made on blogger.com
Go to the back end or dashboard of your blog to manage this code.
Click on the pages tab
Select the Contact Us page with Checkmark, and then click on the edit icon or tab to insert the HTML embed code for linking purpose. Rather compose, go with HTML, and paste that code there, then click on the options button, and a checkmark on don't allowed-show existing. and press the done button, and finally hit the Publish button to publish the form on your page.
Testing Contact Us Form
Go back to the pages section, and this time go with the view option to check the functionality of your contact us page. Once open, inserted the required values to check where the data is stored. The data is stored in google drive where the form has been generated. Open this form again, and you will find your query under the tab labeled with the name"Responses".
Second Option
we can also create Contact us form using the "From a Template" option. This option provides you some ready-made forms, you just pick the one that best suits your requirements. Further, you can edit any template as per your needs. Linking procedure is the same as discussed in the above case.
